A Mediterranean Food Journey


This is run by an my old pal Steve, a ray of sunshine and professional chef. It’s a 4 day cookery retreat exploring the flavours of the Mediterranean basin, include demystifying the art of paella making, baking crispy and fluffy focaccia, emulsifying buttery sauces for our homemade tortelloni and making gooey, airy souffles.

He and his wife Suki will help you explore the rugged coast line of the Costa Brava, dip into the turquoise Mediterranean, visit local farmers and wine and dine like the kings and queens you are. You also get to stay at my other friend’s Izzy and Chris’ incredible place, a Catalan country estate called Torre Ronsat. Lucky you.
